I’m at my wits end on this one issue. Any ideas/suggestions are most appreciated.
Our template has an underline option
My experience:
Load template
Click on Underline to open the HPI window
The underline option is selected. When I select another option the system unchecks the underline option and replaces it with the option I selected.(i.e. Response)
The end user’s experience:
Load template
Click on Underline to open the HPI window
The underline option is unchecked. When they check another option, the other option populates into the HPI window after placing a comma. (i.e. ______, Response)
The obvious work around is to clear the underline before selecting a response.
We’ve had a ticket in with eCW. They haven’t been able to figure out the root of the issue.
Troubleshooting that I’ve done trying to get to this point:
While the end user was logged into Windows I logged into eCW and it works as expected for me.
When they log into eCW on my machine they had the same behavior.
We’ve I’ve tried upgrading the plug in to 4.6.593.
I’ve completely uninstalled the Plug in and res-installed the plug in
I’ve copied the users My settings to my profile.
Since we isolated it to a profile issue we created a 2nd account for the user. The new account doesn’t have the same behavior.
I’d prefer to fix the root problem than just putting a band-aid of a new user.
Has anyone experienced this and/or know what table/field is causing this behavior?
