Browser, clearing the cache and restarting the computer

We’ve been on browser since 2018 and it seems like I have to tell users to constantly hit F5 and/or restart the computer to work without having lots of glitches and stoppages. Something just doesn’t seem right. I’m in the habit of restarting my laptop every Friday evening but some of our users just refuse to restart and have tons of problems with the plug in and not being about to open immunization, schedule, order and other windows.  They swear things disappear and go missing and plain don’t work. I feel like I’ve become the “IT Guy” that tells everyone to restart the computer and the problem will fix itself.

Is there something we’re missing that we can do to keep users happy and rolling along without running into snags where they have to clear the cache or restart the computer constantly. I feel like there has to be, that our IT department is unaware of. Oh how I miss .exe!
