Receiving faxes from SureScripts for prescription refills (case # 9999968)

Addressed eCW case # 9999968

We do not have E refills turned on for our providers. We are primarily an EXE practice. In order to get prescription refill faxes to our refill fax inbox there is no way to do this without changing all of our facilities fax #s.

My question is for any EXE practices who don’t use e-refills: How do you get your prescription refill faxes from the pharmacy? Do they all go into each facilities fax inbox? Any tips?
