We’ve activated post visit surveys via Campaign and it’s working surprisingly well. One issue we’ve found, which is major, is the inability to change the 1-10 scale to comply with NPS industry standards.
One question “Would you recommend this….to friends and family” should be on a 0-10 scale, not 1-10. The scaling criteria is hard coded. Has anyone been able to get ecw to change this to be compliant? I must say, the campaign is well done minus this issue.
