I was wondering if anyone has come up with a solution to replacing Smart Forms?
Our practice would benefit tremendously if we could create custom Smart Forms. (Yes, I am aware there is charge.) From what I understand, eCW has not been accepting requests for the past 2+ years.
Specifically, we are looking to create a school/camp form which would pull in labs (lead, hemoglobin), vitals, vaccines, etc. (Letters are limited in what data they can use.)
