Jan 1 Medicare changes CCM codes to 20 minutes blocks and replaced some codes with a 99439 for each minutes unit spent on CCM after first 20 which is still code 99490. My CCM billing modules in SAAS version of ECW still uses the 2020 coding of 20 minutes then over 60 minutes. I’ve sent our SAM a message. So as a reminder, do not click generate CCM claims if your are still on this old version else it will be denied.
