We are working with eCW to build a new interface for messenger (outside company taking that over). The technician in charge of the project asked me to give them access to the Configuration tab in the Interface Dashboard in our test environment. She stated this is a security setting. First, I cannot find any such security settings - the technician has administrator access with all settings enabled), second, I have never known the Interface Dashboard to have a “configuration tab”. Am I missing something? If anyone knows where this configuration tab is and how I can enable it for eCW (and myself) could you let me know?
