eMAR success stories & suggestions

Hello, is anyone using eMAR functionality?  Please give your review, good or bad & any suggestions/tips. 
We are looking into it, however it seems limited to us because you can not record Immunizations, and it also seems it’s only partially built.  For example - when in the RX Formulary there are fields to add CPT and repeat vitals to be taken; however they don’t work when documenting in eMAR.  The CPTs do not automatically drop.
