We are mid-size multispecialty clinic (100 providers) and we have spent so much time trying to create the most efficient workflow for our staff for MIPS and quality measures. It has been a struggle getting eCW to comment on best practices using either the CQW worksheet or the POP health tab on the right chart panel to identify which measures the patient needs done. We are currently using the CQW worksheet on the right chart panel and we have had so many issues with mapping the structured data elements as well as some measures not prompting the user that the measure is due (when they are fully eligible for that measure). We have asked eCW about what other clients are doing to be successful for these measures and they are hesitant to give much insight from other clients. We would love to gain some insight from other seasoned eCW clients on some of their success stories with this functionality.
What are some best practices you have found for documenting the measures and have you found any ways to improve the entire MIPs and quality measures workflow?
