Several of our providers are complaining that the external rx history function is glitchy.
First scenario is that the lexternal rx list is visible. When the user closes out of the current medications screen and then comes back in and goes to the external rx section, there is nothing there. The user then tries to refresh but a message comes out stating that the daily quota (one!) for looking up the external rx has been met.
Second scenario is similar to the first one. The external list is blank so the user goes to refresh and is told that the daily quota has been met.
In both scenarios, we know the patient is on meds. Our doctors have prescribed, so the external rx data should not be blank.
Is anyone else experiencing these scenarios?
