I’m hoping someone can give me a suggestion on how to do the following:
I’m looking for a way to create a “Miscellaneous” note per patient - it’s where I would jot small notes that I want to use as a reminder when I see the patient next, eg note to order particular labs, or reminder to ask the patient a question, or the date by which a form has to be filled out, etc. This note would stay open and I would add to it whenever I want to note misc info for the pt.
I have tried using the post-it note at the top of the screen but the window to type and view the note is so small, you can only see 4 or 5 lines at a time.
I also tried using the “Notes” feature from the patient Hub, and this worked to a limited degree when I was using the desktop version of eCW, but since I switched to the web version the window to type in is ridiculously small - it only allows viewing 2 lines at a time, which I find to be useless.
Any ideas appreciated.
