Large, Multi-Page Documents, .exe

We frequently have an issue of large, multipage documents due to outside medical records or long PA (usually DENIALs) forms.
ECW struggles with anything over 15-20 pages, and the whole system often crashes when just “viewing” these documents.

Does anyone have any tips on how to dismember these multipage documents easily?
There is a “Copy” command under “Ink Edit”, but it is not clear what is “copied” and whatever is copied cannot be retrieved.

We would like to , for example, divide a 30 page document into two 15 page documents, under the same patient.
