Still looking for support after one month of first ticket…

I don’t like to do this but I’ve been patiently waiting for a month now to get an answer/support with SAML RSSO integration from our third party system into the eCW Patient Portal. It’s been done before and we just need some more technical details to conduct testing.

I opened a case on 1/20/2022 (9628171) and it was assigned to the wrong team and was closed on 1/27/2022 without being provided the information I needed. A few emails were exchanged about what the request was about, even though I had laid out what I needed on the case details. Then, a new case was created on 2/1/2022 (9661932) to get this request to the right team but I have not heard back.

I’m not asking for an enhancement request or for a bug fix. I am asking for information that is already available to eCW and is used for implementation at other practices. It shouldn’t take a month for this.

Can one of the VPs monitoring the forum help me out?
