Hello all,
Our two clinics with 11 providers are wanting to upgrade to 10e. I have read previous/current posts here which have been great but I have some additional questions. We do NOT have a test environment because it is cost prohibitive and it seems every clinic here tried 10e in their test environment for some time before integrating into their live environment.
What are some of the current issues we will face implementing 10e directly to live environment? I realize this question is borderline comical and could be extremely lengthy.
Would it be possible to install the desktop version of 10e on a handful of computers for some users to get the hang of it and for us (IT) to test functionality? From what I’ve read here there is a desktop version of 10e?
Could we go live with 10e at one clinic then the other a little later on or is it all or nothing?
Any other feedback would be greatly appreciated. Feel free to be blunt.
