Hello, I need a barcode scanning expert here. What worked, what didn’t in eCW for you? What scanner are you using? Did you face issues with set-up?
I tried with one of our scanners (Motorola Symbol) but each time I scanned, I would either get an error that “no lot number found on barcode” or if I clicked into a field and then scanned, it would put the NDC but with a bunch of other numbers at the begging and end. If I tried scanning the barcode after clicking “scan barcode” that is when I received the “lot number” error message.
Very confused and hoping someone on here has all the answers I need
