We are a 100+ provider practice and we are looking at enabling the Healow online appt request option for our primary care patients. We have already enabled one provider to test and the functionality was very limited. It didnt look like it let us select a visit type. Has anyone had success with this function in their practice? We are looking for any guidance or advice from other practices.
