We have been experiencing performance issues within ECW for the past several months and are working with techs to try and figure out where the issue lies. I was sent the document “ECW workstation and Windows Settings-March 2019” that outlines numerous changes and exceptions to make to all the workstations. Just wondering if other practices have implemented all of these? If so has it made a difference, any particular settings that have been helpful? Are you using GPO to push out to all workstations? We are close to 100 workstations now so just trying to figure out what makes sense.
