Is there a place to go to see when eCW supported items or eCW vendors are experiencing downtime?
I ask because as IT we started getting emails about ePrescriptions in a failed status (1/24/2022). The emails started coming in long after the issue started .
When I submitted the ticket to eCW the response that I found in the ticket sounds like a generic message that they were aware of the vendor downtime: I noticed the the ticket was in a awaiting response status and found this when I was going to submit a different ticket
Dear Customer, We have received your case for ePrescriptions not going to pharmacy concern. Our vendor Surescript has acknowledged that they have an outage at their end currently. Once the outage is resolved at Surescript’s end, the eprescription services should resume. Sincerely, eClinicalWorks 508-475-0450
I’d prefer to be able to proactive and tell my co-workers that we are aware of issues occurring with eCW when it affects our entire organziation.
If that doesn’t exist.
Has anyone built an eBO report that looks for things that start to fail? (i.e. Immunization Interface, Lab Interface, Faxes, Surescripts)
