Strange issue, some users can log into browser version of eCW, but cannot log into .exe or iPad - they get message about incorrect password. Reset password, user can log into browser version, but still no luck with .exe or iPad on any device.
Anyone run into this issue? Issue appears server-side. While troubleshooting, I decided to update login profile but then get message stating username already exists??
