I have asked ECW about any documentation on set up and modification of the Health Assessment Record, but they are telling me that there is NO documentation regarding the set up and maintenance of this form.
Does anyone know if this is true and has anyone modified their Forms? Especially if we are administering the Covid Vaccine, it would be nice to have this mapped instead of manually having to update it every time
