We have been issues with emailed reports from eBO for close to a month now. It started with reports being held up in a waiting status and delivered hours (or more) later than the scheduled date. Then it totally stopped. Now, in eBO admin, it looks like the reports are emailed, but there is no activity on the account being used to send the reports.
We reviewed the SMTP set up and it is correct. We are trying to see if it is an white listed IP (which we had previously with our Walgreens 340b SFTP setup) issue and still waiting on eCW.
Anyone else having eBO report delivery issues?
