Is there anyone who uses Planmeca Romexis who experienced the following issue?
Can you provide a ticket number that we can have eCW reference?
It seems that we have issues with Romexis every upgrade.
Since our upgrade to 11.52.153.16 our bridge to Romexis is broken. We can still use Romexis by access it manually and searching for the patient, but the dental staff aren’t happy with this work around when you used to be able to view the images with 1 click.
For a dental Patient:
Hub > Dental Examination > Diagnostic Imaging > Planmeca Romexis.
On the web version:
Momentary spinning wheel with no feedback of an issue. Romexis doesn’t open despite being installed on local machine
On the desktop Version:
1) Please Make sure Diagnostic Imaging configuration is complete! (VB Style)
2) Click OK to close.
3) eClinicalWorks: An error occurred in reading Dental device configuration from DentalDevices.xml: (VB Style)
4) Clicking OK opens up Explorer to C:Windowssystem32 & displays the same error message
