White Screen, Errors, Crashing - No resolve after 3 Months

We upgraded to 11.52.153.16 in early August and have been battling non-stop errors (outofmemory, script, etc) as mentioned in title consistently.  We are a large 400+ physician group self hosted on mostly all .exe.  We have been pleading with eCW to find a resolution and for 3 months have got no where.  It’s intermittent across all 3,000+ employees for the most part and never reproducible, seems like every day there is a report of a new error or new screen it crashed.  eCW unsuccessfully ran fiddler logs on multiple machines and even developed “debug” patches to identify problems while pointing to a specific troubleshooting server and still nothing.  We’ve just about accepted that eCW will never find a solution and are afraid of what another upgrade might bring.  Could be better or could be worse, worse would bury us.

Thought I would check in here to see if others are having similar issues?  I’ve looked through posts and have seen some similarities but not to the degree that we are facing.  Any insight or reference would be appreciated.
