Recently we were awarded a grant for School Based Health Care and we’re trying to figure out all the parts and pieces. We will be starting inside the school building and eventually moving to a mobile unit. While we are in the school we will be required to have 1 NPI/Facility per physical location. When we move to mobile we will have 1 NPI for the mobile unit. Originally we had considered creating multiple facilities and tying them all the same NPI when we move mobile but per ECW we can not do that. (Oh and we are FQHC as well)
The biggest issue we are trying to solve is how to set this up without having 10 resource schedules. To begin we will only have 1 RDH on staff with potential of adding 1-2 DDS. We had planned on creating a resource schedule for RDH then as we grow add one for Chair 1, Chair 2. Then we could manage the locations via schedule template
Any suggestions? We need to have appointment reminders go out correctly and track the appointments per location correctly.
