I searched this forum, but EHR is not my strong suit, and I don’t think I’m using the right wording.
Can anyone tell me where the options are, for what prints on a Progress note? I found a setting in Practice Defaults that masks the E&M coding, but I’m specifically looking for masking ALL codes.
