Ever since the upgrade when OB staff writes notes in the yellow sticky that is attached to the OB flowsheet (not the yellow sticky up in the Patient Dashboard) their notes often disappear. It’s noticed happening when the script error appears. If that message pops up after staff writes something in the sticky, the note disappears.
