Stuck on “saving profile please wait”

Hi all,

Just wondering if any of you have seen this problem. It’s only affecting one provider computer though, so it’s not global. When they close the application, it just stays stuck on the “Saving profile. Please wait ...” screen.

When clicking the X again, a pop-up box from eCW pops up saying “This action cannot be performed because the application is busy.”

We’re on the V11.52 EXE, and I tried reinstalling eCW, but it didn’t fix the problem. Any ideas?
