One of our providers was locked out after hours, but received a different msg this time of “account disabled, pls try again in 15 mins”, when he tried again in 15 mins the account was still locked and wouldn’t get him in. This is misleading because the account is not set to auto-unlock, and the provider won’t be able to get back in even after waiting.
There is a setting in File > settings > Authentication setting to auto unlock after a certain amount of time, but ours isn’t checked and never has been.
In testing, anytime we fail the login 3 times and lock our accounts we’re getting the same msg of wait 15 mins, but are settings do not allow auto unlocking after 15 mins.
Anyone seen this before?
