“This Document is not attached to an office visit”

Greetings,

When we receive faxed documents into our inbox, on the “document details” screen we used to be able to click the “Progress Notes” button on the bottom to open the last progress note.

Now when we click this button is says “this document is not attached to office visit”

To get to the progress note we have to click “Patient Hub”—> “progress note” then also have to click to close out the document details page.

Does anyone know if there is a setting to just allow one to click on the progress note button like before and not have to take these extra stops?
