Since upgrading to 11.52.153.16 on both desktop and plugin 3.6.3387 our providers are having to log into under the Up To Date everytime they log into eCW.
When they search, they have to search 2 times.
We have been advised this is a known bug with JIRA ID PE-142314 OR JIRA ID PE-109554
(eCW Case #9277816 and 9281203)
We have some unhappy providers over this extra work.
Has anyone found a workaround that would allow the providers to not have to log into UP to Date and/or allow them to only search 1 time? (
I haven’t seen a fix for this in the change logs/release notes in the subsequent versions release documentation provided on the support portal.
