eCW Fax Departments

eCW can’t seem to give me an answer on this. If we have 4-6 fax lines provided by eCW can we separate these lines into “Departments” so each inbound fax goes into it’s own “bucket”. If I’m understanding how a department would work I can setup a department for Medical Records, this, that, etc.. Currently we have one bucket for each facility and everything is dumped into it and sorted.
