Any users willing to share their process/workflows for managing incoming referrals?
In 2018, we worked with eCW’s Business Analysis Department to develop a workflow using Actions and Referrals. At the time, we felt good about it but in reviewing it now, it seems clunky and duplicates a lot of work. Is there some benefit to using Incoming Referrals that isn’t available in Actions? My thinking is that we should just use one method instead of this combination of Actions & Referrals…
