We got upgraded this week and it seems the upgrade broke telephone encounters.
When doing refills sometimes the meds don’t show up; users have to log out and back in.
When using the virtual visit tabs the telephone encounters freeze and continue to load and nothing happens (when this happens you also can’t then access any other telephone encounters until you refresh or log out and back in) we were told this was a bug.
Has anyone else experienced any of this? We are just so frustrated with having to log out and back in constantly.
