Patient Safety Issue - Multum DB Uncoded Allergies V11.52.75.7

Just upgraded to V11.52.75.7
Have Multum Drug Database
Since Upgrade, No longer able to see the Uncoded Allergies list we had in previous version V11.40
eCW says it is now gone.
Only way for us to add food and non medication allergies is by enabling the security attribute to FREE TEXT them in.
However eCW so graciously add the RED and YELLOW warning that they do not recommend Free Text because they will not be able to do Drug/Drug allergy checking.
Logged safety concern with eCW
Its a catch 22 - I do not want to give staff the ability to free text because I guarantee they will start putting in medication allergies because they can’t find the medication in Multum or they are too lazy to look it up different ways until they find it…sometimes it isn’t even there to find. This will create an even greater patient safety risk and would have to be monitored DAILY to find medications that were Uncoded.
eCW response was:
Multum doesn’t have the ability to map non medication allergies. eCW has logged a ticket with Multum asking them to fix this - It is still open. 
In the meantime - their solution is that I give persons security attribute to free text.
Sure - now if an adverse event occurs - its our fault, not theirs, because we allowed free text.
I told them this is an unacceptable and a patient safety issue
eCW says they have no control over this.
They have no control??  I disagree - They need to reinstate the uncoded Allergy list that I can still see from the Admin side under ADMIN>ADMIN>Notes>Allergy Sources (SEE ATTACHMENT)
This is the quickest solution to the problem until they get a fix from MULTUM
And as a side note - I hope they have discontinued providing the MULTUM database to New Installs - it is the worst.
