Due to the latest version build being released last week, the upgrade MSI I received earlier in the month became outdated. There was a task with the installation team scheduled for 8pm (Eastern) last night to have a new upgrade MSI package created.
It’s 12pm now and I have no MSI. We are going to V11.52 tonight and there is no word from the installation team. I can tell that my SAM and SAM’s lead have done as much as they could to escalate but there is only so much one can do if what’s needed to be done is dependent on a different team.
