Has anyone else seen this? The latest obstruction to prescribing (as if there weren’t enough already).

From telephone encounter,<Send>-this appears.
The symbol is “locking” the prescription and you cannot send/edit the prescription.
I am the logged in user. I am logged into only one incidence-there are no other “open windows”.
SW support, one person directed me to documentation, which is so opaque, it didn’t help. Another didn’t seem to know that this existed.
If only ECW spent more time helping users get things done, rather than constantly creating new “obstructions”...
