Has anyone else seen this? I’m not 100% sure but I think it may be due to having multiple people logged into windows, and ecw at the same time, and has only been happening in our exam rooms.
For example, MA logs into the computer w/ their windows profile, and then logs into ecw, takes vitals etc, and locks the computer but does not log out of ecw. Provider comes in, logs into his windows profile, attempts to login to ecw, types in his username and pass, hits enter, and it just refreshes the login page he has to log in again, sometimes up to 3 times before they can get in.
It seems like if 3 people are singed in to windows, and their ecw times out, the user has to log in 3 times.
Could this have anything to do with other windows profiles signed in, and open/timed out ecw profiles on those window profiles? Anyone seen anything like this?
