In case anyone is having issues with their portal results not publishing:
Yesterday, we upgraded from V11.52.153.4 to V11.52.153.16 to fix our portal issues (results not publishing to portal). We manually ran out upgrade for each machine.
The upgrade offered a few headaches:
1. failed many times
2. were stuck on Downloading CWClient.zip
3. took 20+ minutes to complete the upgrade
That being said, this morning when the clinic opened again the same machines asked to be upgraded again.
