Seems that we can’t use eClinicalTouch now after the latest “update”
After the latest eClinicalTouch update, eClinicalTouch now crashes when we’re in patient docs and frequently times out and crashes.
We put in a ticket and the support representative said they have reported the issue as a bug and will likely take at least 2 months to resolve the issue.
My SAM says this:
“I regret for the inconvenience,
I understand your concern, our internal team is working on this issue. I have also informed and discussed internally with my team. Hence requesting you to please cooperate if there are any updates, I will keep you posted.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.”
Which doesn’t address the problem or help at all.
