We have just upgraded to client version 11.52.75.7. We are experiencing an issue where clients are unable to connect. It shows an error in verifying username and password. We have been chasing this for two days now. It seems to resolve if we uninstall all of ecw and start a fresh install. I’m not quite sold that this is the actual fix as I have a Citrix server in which one user was receiving this error while others were logged in. We are pointing to our load balancer and then the load balancer is connecting to the tomcats.
