Any other practices out there have the same issue where refill requests will come through with name, strength, formulation not being entered in the appropriate fields but rather all on the name line? This will not allow us to send effectively by just Approved. Rather, we have to Approve with Changes. We continue to get told by eCW this is how the pharmacy is sending to us, but this occurs from all pharmacies. We are confused why we have to have the fields all filled in, but they do not need to come into us that way? Any thoughts, ideas, advice?
