eBO Reporting on SMS Confirmations

Hi alll,

I’ve been tasked with getting some data on how many of our patients are responding to our ‘Reply 1 to Confirm’, etc. SMS prompts, but I’m coming up emptyhanded.

Is there any way to report, through eBO, on appointments that have been confirmed / cancelled via text (or phone even)? We have the CONFSMS, CANCSMS, CONFPHONE, CANCPHONE Visit Statuses that I could report on, but the problem is that after the Status gets moved to Check Out, the eBO Visit Status only shows Check Out. Is there a field in eBO, like a Visit Status log or similar, that would record the different statuses an appointment went through?
