Hello. I have been contacting our SAM for over a month to get a version upgrade. After much back and forth, he finally contacted me late last week to inform me that an upgrade would be performed last night. I came in to the office this morning and had no indication that it occurred, so I called him and asked if it was in fact upgraded. It wasn’t. He then told me that he would call me back in “10-15 minutes” to let me know why the upgrade never occurred.
We have been experiencing a lagging system, glitches, and even a system crash last week. I feel as though I am out of avenues to take to get our system current since contacting the SAM seems to get me nowhere.
Has anyone here experienced anything similar? If so, how did you go about getting actual assistance with this? Thank you.
