The situation:
We have implemented an interface with SPHER that provides the progress note and patient demographic logs to SPHER so they can alert to unusual/suspicious activity. (December 2020 is when we started)

The scheduled job DemographicLog that is supposed to be moving the data from the logpatientdemographicsxml table to the logpatientdemographicsxml table isn’t working.
I had submitted a case in late April with my findings about the data not moving.
A few days ago eCW classified it as a bug in my current version and provided JIRA ID: PE-143268.
I would believe it to be a bug if the issue started on day 1 of our upgrade; however it started after a week after the upgrade.
My Request:
I’m looking for another eCW client who is on V11.52.92.4 server with Client V11.52.75.6 who would be willing to connect to advise us if they are seeing the same behavior and/or allow eCW to look into the differences between the set ups to see if they can get this working properly for HealthNet.
