As a small non profit with a medical practice we only have 1 IT person. When we started with eCw in 2017 this person was given admin role. (Not the main admin) I am working on cleaning up the roles. This person rarely logs into eCW and does not know how to work in the system. He played a bigger role before we became hosted on the cloud handling the server issues.
Now he might be responsible for helping fix issues that might arise with the fax part of the system but I cant think of anything else. I need suggestions for what attributes I should give to this person. At this point I am not sure he really needs any access but higher ups want him to have some access to the system.
