Since moving to 11.52 we have not been able to add lot numbers for meds/vaccines that have been previously entered with an invalid NDC code.
The system requests that we create a new lot and update the lot for all clients that have received the previous lot that is incorrect by searching with the registry.
We are unable to do this for lots that had been administered by a staff member that is no longer active in eCW or expired lot numbers when attempting to waste a lot due to that they have expired.
We can not also zero out the invalid lot to move inventory to correct lot due to system than requiring that NDC code be corrected which leads us back to where we started.
Any ideas?
