Kiosk workflow

Curious how others are utilizing kiosks. It looks like you can only assign one staff member, via jelly bean, the ability to import patient info? For the clinical side the only way you know if the patient input data on kiosk is the little healow link in the top right of the progress note. Do you just train staff to always look if there’s info? I guess it would be easier if every single patient checked in via Kiosk but I’m not sure we can go that route. Thank you
