Hello all,
On the iPad app (eClinicalTouch) list of vaccine lots is blank for our Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. I beleive this is because we have TWO vaccines linked to the same lot number (Pfizer dose 1 and Pfizer dose 2 with their own admin codes).
We can find/select the lot number correctly in the browser and exe.
Has anyone else had this issue either with a specific vaccine or when two immunizations are tied to the same vaccine lot?
We could create a separate lot for the second dose, but that would cause issues with our vaccine inventory management. We could just go to one vaccine order… but then we would have to manually enter the admin codes.
Waiting for a response from eCW, but wanted to ask the hivemind first.
