For those of you using both did you rollout one or the other first? Or at the same time? Seems like kiosk first since it’s more controlled. You can see a patient come in, then you can check the chart for info. Once you have a feel for input of information to chart you can turn on patient portal. Am I off here? Apples and oranges.
Also, did you use eCW for the kiosk training?
