Telephone Encounter - PCP default

When creating a TE it defaults to the patients PCP. Our patients switch around often and what’s happening is the MA’s aren’t changing to the correct provider. Labs/DI’s are getting ordered under the incorrect provider through the TE and it snowballs.

Has anyone else ran into this or have a solution? If we could make the provider field blank it might solve the issue but then it’s extra clicks. I mentioned we might be creating more of a problem by altering this as opposed to just training them to check the provider but who knows. Open to suggestions. Thanks!
